Our support for Hurricane Fiona relief

A version of the below note was sent to all employees in Latin America and North America

Colleagues,

We are all heartbroken by the devastating impact Hurricane Fiona has had on the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, just five years after Hurricane Maria. Many have been left without access to power, food or running water, unable to meet their basic needs.

To support relief and recovery efforts, JPMorgan Chase is committing $300,000 amongst Hispanic Federation, the Puerto Rico Community Foundation and World Central Kitchen. This contribution will work to address basic needs and improve access to emergency services in the region. To maximize our collective impact, the firm will also match employee donations dollar-for-dollar to select organizations.

We stand in solidarity with the people of Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, and all those who have been impacted, both directly and indirectly, by this disaster. We will continue to monitor the situation and stay in touch in impacted areas.
